The Display Ad Advantage

Thanks for wanting to advertise with me. I offer real benefits to those who choose The Peachtree Consortium. They include:

Your ad is placed on my website for one year.
You can make critical changes to your ad at no cost during the term of the ad. Critical changes include business name, phone numbers, store address, or link changes.
Content changes are changes made to the pricing or description of a product or service. Content changes to a display ad cost four (4) dollars per module.

The Display Ad Architecture

Your Promotional Photograph or Business Card will be displayed as a centerpiece, surrounded by text boxes (modules) further describing your product or service. A marquee is added to enhance the message being conveyed by your photograph or business card. I will show you a sample in a moment. If you do not own your own website but would like to have more online presence than an Index Ad, a Display Ad offers a solution that you should consider. Since the layout is pre-determined*, there are no setup charges or web design fees associated with a Display Ad.

*Note: background color and font styles can be modified so as to compliment your photograph or business card. The term "pre-determined" refers only to the general layout of your ad. There remains much that can be done to assure your ad is color coordinated and well presented online.

As a means of driving traffic to your Display Ad, the Display Ad comes with an Index Ad, The Index Ad is located in a city and subject index where people are already browsing based on the content of your Display Ad. Your Display Ad will also be optimized for visibility from search engines like Google.

Shown below is a sample of an Index Ad crosslinked to a Display Ad. The "Index Ad" depicts "Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant". When you click on "Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant" you are taken to the "Display Ad". This sample depicts the ad exactly as it appears in our Garland Texas dining section. Since the reader is already known to be in the Garland, Texas dining section, references to the city are not necessary. Only the street address is shown:

A Display Ad comes with an Index Ad (included in price).
There are no set up fees.
There are no web design fees.

How to Order a Display Ad

Note: if you prefer the paper trail method, you have the option of doing the entire process manually. You can print a paper form and mail it to me with your personal or business check. To do this, simply print the manual form, fill it out, and send it to us by regular mail.

Please enter up to 254 characters of descriptive text that will describe your business. This text will be displayed in your Index Ad. Relax - you do not have to count letters. The box will not let you enter more than 254 characters which includes all spaces.

Your photograph or business card will be surrounded by six text boxes as previously seen in the Ernesto's sample. Each module holds a specific amount of data depending on font size. Don't try to use the maximum number of characters unless you want the smallest font to be used on each word. Instead, try to use shorter but more meaningful sentences where key words or headers can be made larger. This creates written material that is more pleasing to the eye. In the spaces below you should include the text you want to put in each box or module. But first, let's see how much data each module box or module can hold.
